Our Adolescent Recovery Program is for youth ages 13-17. Families work with a comprehensive treatment team to set goals while the child is receiving outpatient support. 

Behavioral Health provides care for patients who have a dual diagnosis requiring treatment for both mental health disorders and substance abuse issues.

This program is designed to stabilize patients who are suffering from a mental health crisis. This level of care incorporates 24-hour nursing and psychiatric care, along with participation in group and individual therapies that focus on resolving the crisis.

Not all patients need 24-hour supervision and care. Transformation Health offers an Intensive Outpatient Program that allows patients to receive treatment similar to that of our inpatient programs with the advantage of returning to their homes and families at night. We offer individualized curriculum tracks for adult and geriatric patients.
