Our Supported Employment program is designed for clients 18 and above who are coping with mental illness and face barriers to obtaining and maintaining competitive employment.  Our employment program promotes job placement, coaching, and job retention. Clients are assessed on their skills, interest, and abilities and are supported throughout the process to achieve success in the workplace. Clients also experience ongoing support from staff who work to achieve a true partnership with employers.
