SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST AND COORDINATORS

Transformation Health's Supported Employment provides education and support to employers as agreed upon by clients, which may include negotiating job accommodations and follow-along contact by the employment specialist with the employer. Provides outreach services as necessary to clients when they appear to disengage from the service.

PAID Vacation, Sick, and Personal days
Transformation Health offers paid time off (PTO) to Full Time employees. Employees receive 10 days (80 hours) of PTO that can be used at their own discretion. Additional PTO is given for the length of tenure with our agency. In addition, we offer 11 days of Holiday Pay, which includes, Your Birthday!
CAREER GROWTH
Transformation Health values professional development. Full-time employees who attend courses, workshops, or conferences (including CEUs) to enhance skills or advance with our organization may be eligible for reimbursement with prior approval.
