Transformation Health's Mental Minute at Douglass Homes Housing Community in Baltimore, MD. The Mental Minute was created to introduce therapy to the community in a unique and non-traditional way. Guests of the event were provided the opportunity to speak with a licensed therapist for one minute with the hope that it lessens the stigma of services while encouraging  a start of therapy.
