Transformation Health offers its full-time employees & their families; full health insurance coverage with a selected carrier, CareFirst Blue Choice. This includes medical, dental, and vision.
PAID Vacation, Sick, and Personal days
Transformation Health offers paid time off (PTO) to Full Time employees. Employees receive 10 days (80 hours) of PTO that can be used at their own discretion. Additional PTO is given for the length of tenure with our agency. In addition, we offer 11 days of Holiday Pay, which includes, Your Birthday!

CAREER GROWTH
Transformation Health values professional development. Full-time employees who attend courses, workshops, or conferences (including CEUs) to enhance skills or advance with our organization may be eligible for reimbursement with prior approval.
