After an extensive and accomplished career in State and Federal agencies in rehabilitation and as a counseling psychologist,  Mrs. Smith joined the Transformation Health Team and provided extensive support needed to her daughter, Monica, to grow Transformation Health into where it is today. Mrs. Smith indicates the agency being  a place of Transformation for both clients and staff. She believes that T.H. provides opportunity for upward mobility and allows everyone to grow and stretch their  individual talents. She feels that Transformation Health IS her home away from home.
